Different customers care about different things. Some may focus on geolocation, ISP information, network type, ASN, routing, or third-party database results, while others may care more about whether the proxy is suitable for their own business environment.
Because these requirements can be very different, it is often difficult to determine whether a proxy is suitable for you through only a few sentences.
For this reason, if there is anything about the proxy that is important to you, we recommend contacting our support team before purchasing and requesting a real sample IP whenever available.
We prefer to show you the real resource before you buy
SANETER does not believe in hiding information simply because certain details may not look ideal to every customer.
Our network contains different types of resources. Some locations may use native ISP resources, while certain locations may use broadcast or geolocated resources because of local regulations, carrier requirements, resource availability, or other network conditions.
We would rather explain these differences openly than allow customers to purchase based on assumptions.
The sample IPs provided by SANETER are real samples from our actual resources. We do not intentionally provide false or specially manipulated samples simply to make the product appear better than it really is.
You are welcome to inspect the sample using the tools and methods that matter to your own business and decide for yourself whether the resource is suitable.
How can I request a sample?
If you want to check a proxy before purchasing, contact our support team and tell us which country or product you are interested in.
For a United States sample, you may simply send: Test IP
For other countries or regions, tell our support team which location you would like to check. If a suitable sample is available, we will provide one for your reference.
If you have a particular concern, such as geolocation, ISP information, native or broadcast status, or another important IP characteristic, please mention it before you purchase.
If the sample does not meet your requirements, please do not purchase
It is completely acceptable if you inspect our sample and decide that SANETER is not suitable for your needs.
Not every proxy provider is suitable for every customer, and not every network resource is suitable for every business.
What we strongly discourage is:
Checking the sample → deciding it does not meet your requirements → purchasing anyway in the hope that the actual IP will be different → requesting after-sales support or a refund when it is still unsuitable.
Please do not purchase based on luck.
If the sample already shows characteristics that you cannot accept, do not place an order. This saves your time and also avoids unnecessary after-sales work for our support team.
SANETER wants to earn customer trust through transparent information, real samples, and clear expectations before purchase, rather than hiding unfavorable details and dealing with disputes afterward.
