Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Saneter's websites, customer account area, proxy products, network resources, traffic, IP services, credentials, support, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a service, accessing proxy credentials, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Saneter is an unincorporated business operated by an individual owner in the United States. Saneter is not represented in these Terms as a corporation, limited liability company, or other registered company entity. References to "Saneter," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You may use the Service only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and your use is not prohibited by applicable law. The Service is intended for adults. If you use the Service for a business, organization, employer, client, or other person, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that party's behalf.
You may not create or use an account for a person or entity whose access has been terminated or restricted by Saneter if the purpose is to evade that restriction.
2. Service Description
Saneter provides access to proxy-related products that may include Residential proxy traffic, Mobile proxy traffic, ISP proxies, Dedicated IPv4 proxies, and IPv6 proxy services. Product availability, configuration options, geographic selections, quantities, traffic amounts, service periods, and prices are those presented on the applicable product page or checkout at the time of purchase.
Some services depend on third-party upstream proxy, network, hosting, payment, or infrastructure providers. Saneter may use those providers to provision, route, maintain, replace, suspend, or terminate resources as reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
3. Product Types and How They Differ
3.1 Residential and Mobile traffic products
Residential and Mobile products are traffic-based proxy services. A purchase provides the traffic amount and service access shown at checkout; it does not guarantee permanent ownership or exclusive control of any particular exit IP. Exit IPs, routes, carriers, locations, and upstream resources may change as part of normal operation.
Under Saneter's current public product terms, unused purchased Residential and Mobile traffic does not expire. This does not prevent Saneter from suspending or terminating access because of fraud, unlawful use, security risk, breach of these Terms, a legal requirement, or another enforcement ground described below.
3.2 ISP, Dedicated IPv4, and IPv6 products
ISP, Dedicated IPv4, and IPv6 products are IP-based services provided for the quantity, configuration, location, and service period shown for the order. These products may have an expiry date or billing period. Renewal or extension is subject to availability and must be initiated by the customer unless the applicable checkout expressly states a different arrangement before purchase.
A specific IP address is not guaranteed to remain available forever. Upstream inventory, maintenance, abuse history, routing, third-party blocking, provider changes, or other operational factors may require an IP to be replaced, withdrawn, or made unavailable for renewal.
4. No Automatic Recurring Charge Created by These Terms
These Terms do not authorize Saneter to create an automatic recurring charge merely because you purchased a product once. Unless a checkout or separate written agreement clearly and expressly states an automatic-renewal arrangement before you authorize payment, renewal or extension requires customer action.
If Saneter introduces an optional recurring-payment feature in the future, the applicable checkout must disclose the recurring nature of that purchase before authorization, and any mandatory cancellation or renewal rights under applicable law will apply.
5. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting your Saneter login credentials, API credentials, proxy usernames and passwords, tokens, configuration files, and any other credentials made available through your account.
You are responsible for activity performed through credentials issued to your account, including use by employees, contractors, customers, scripts, applications, devices, or other persons to whom you provide access, except to the extent an incident results solely from a security failure within systems controlled by Saneter.
If you believe credentials have been compromised, you must stop using the compromised credentials where practicable and contact Saneter promptly. Saneter may reset, revoke, rotate, or disable credentials where reasonably necessary to protect the Service.
6. Acceptable Use — General Rule
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm Saneter, upstream providers, other customers, third parties, networks, systems, or the public. You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws, regulations, contractual restrictions, and third-party rights that apply to your activity.
The fact that traffic can technically pass through a proxy does not mean Saneter authorizes the underlying activity. You must not use Saneter to conceal, facilitate, automate, scale, or assist conduct that would be unlawful or prohibited if performed without a proxy.
7. Prohibited Illegal and Criminal Activity
You must not use the Service to commit, facilitate, promote, conceal, or materially assist illegal or criminal activity. This includes using Saneter proxy resources to evade lawful restrictions in order to carry out conduct that is itself unlawful.
Saneter may treat credible indications of serious illegal activity as an urgent security and legal risk and may act immediately under Section 19 without waiting for the activity to cause additional harm.
8. Fraud, Phishing, and Identity Abuse
You must not use the Service for activities including:
- phishing, fake login pages, credential theft, or deceptive account-recovery pages;
- payment fraud, card fraud, false purchases, refund fraud, or chargeback fraud;
- impersonating another person or organization for fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
- account takeover, credential stuffing, password spraying, or use of stolen credentials;
- creation or operation of scam infrastructure, fraudulent marketplaces, or deceptive services;
- circumventing fraud-prevention controls in order to carry out prohibited transactions; or
- using false, stolen, or unauthorized identity, billing, or payment information.
9. Network Attacks, Malware, and Unauthorized Access
You must not use the Service to:
- launch or facilitate denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks;
- operate botnets, malware infrastructure, command-and-control services, or malicious payload delivery;
- perform unauthorized vulnerability exploitation or destructive security testing;
- brute-force credentials, scan systems abusively, or attempt unauthorized system access;
- interfere with, overload, damage, disable, or degrade networks, hosts, services, or devices;
- evade technical restrictions for the purpose of compromising another system; or
- use Saneter infrastructure to attack Saneter, an upstream provider, or another customer.
Legitimate security research must be authorized by the owner of the system being tested and must remain within the scope of that authorization.
10. Spam, Messaging Abuse, and Artificial Activity
You must not use the Service to send or facilitate unlawful or abusive spam, bulk unsolicited messages, fraudulent notifications, deceptive advertising, abusive account registrations, or similar activity. You must comply with applicable anti-spam and electronic communications laws.
You must not use the Service to generate fraudulent clicks, impressions, installs, reviews, referrals, votes, engagement, traffic, or other artificial activity where the purpose is to deceive an advertiser, platform, merchant, analytics system, user, or other third party.
11. Scraping, Automation, and Third-Party Platforms
Automated access, data collection, or scraping is not automatically prohibited merely because it uses a proxy. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your activity is lawful and does not involve unauthorized access, circumvention of access controls, theft of protected data, harmful load, infringement of third-party rights, or other prohibited conduct.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable terms, robots directives, rate limits, access rules, contractual restrictions, and legal obligations of websites or services you access. Saneter does not grant you permission to access a third-party service where you otherwise lack permission or legal authority.
12. Personal Data, Privacy, and Sensitive Information
You must not use the Service to unlawfully collect, buy, sell, disclose, enrich, deanonymize, combine, or misuse personal information. You must not obtain passwords, authentication secrets, financial information, government identifiers, private communications, health information, or other sensitive data through unlawful access or deception.
If your use of the Service involves processing personal information, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, providing notices where required, honoring applicable rights, and implementing reasonable safeguards.
13. Child Sexual Abuse, Exploitation, and Non-Consensual Content
Saneter has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, or services used to facilitate such conduct. You also must not use the Service to distribute or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or other unlawful sexual exploitation.
Saneter may immediately suspend or terminate services associated with credible evidence of such activity and may preserve or disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property and Rights of Others
You must not use the Service for systematic copyright piracy, trademark counterfeiting, theft of trade secrets, unauthorized distribution of protected material, or other knowing infringement of third-party rights. Saneter may investigate credible rights complaints and may restrict services associated with repeated or serious infringement.
Formal legal or rights complaints should be sent to legal@saneter.com with enough information for Saneter to identify the affected service and understand the complaint.
15. Resale, Sharing, and Circumvention of Service Controls
You must not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or expose Saneter credentials or proxy resources in a manner that is not permitted by the purchased product or separately approved by Saneter. You must not attempt to bypass traffic accounting, quantity limits, authentication, suspension controls, purchase limits, promotional restrictions, or other technical controls.
You may not reverse engineer or probe private Saneter systems for the purpose of obtaining credentials, upstream-provider information, internal routing information, protected source code, or unauthorized access to another customer's resources.
16. Orders, Prices, and Payment
Prices, quantities, locations, traffic amounts, billing periods, and other order-specific terms are presented on the applicable product page or checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the order before payment.
Payment methods available at checkout may change. Saneter may use third-party payment processors and may rely on payment status or transaction identifiers supplied by those processors to determine whether an invoice has been paid.
Blockchain or digital-asset payments may be irreversible once transmitted. A transaction being irreversible on a blockchain does not itself determine whether a customer qualifies for a refund; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
If a payment is reversed, charged back, canceled, found to be unauthorized, or otherwise becomes invalid after service has been provided, Saneter may suspend affected service while the payment issue is investigated or resolved.
17. Refunds and Credits
Refund requests are governed by the current Refund Policy and applicable law. Different considerations may apply to unfulfilled orders, allocated IP resources, consumed proxy traffic, account balance, duplicate payments, technical failures, and services suspended for abuse.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes Saneter to retain money where applicable law requires a refund. Likewise, termination for abuse does not automatically create a right to a refund where the Refund Policy or applicable law does not provide one.
18. Availability, IP Reputation, and Third-Party Blocking
Saneter uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Service, but no specific uptime, success rate, connection speed, latency, IP cleanliness, compatibility, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed unless an express written agreement states otherwise.
Proxy IPs may have prior usage history and may be classified, rate-limited, challenged, blocked, or restricted by third-party websites or networks. A third party's decision to block or challenge a proxy IP does not by itself establish that Saneter failed to provide the purchased service.
Geographic labels, carrier information, ASN data, or similar network classifications may depend on upstream or third-party data and can change over time. Saneter does not guarantee that every external database or website will classify an IP identically.
19. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
Saneter may restrict, suspend, disable, replace, or terminate an account, credential, proxy, IP, order, or other service where reasonably necessary to:
- stop suspected illegal or criminal activity;
- respond to fraud, phishing, spam, attacks, malware, account takeover, or security threats;
- protect Saneter, an upstream provider, another customer, a third party, or network infrastructure;
- investigate a serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
- respond to a valid legal requirement, court order, or lawful authority;
- address non-payment, reversed payment, or unauthorized payment;
- prevent circumvention of a prior suspension or termination; or
- address an upstream-provider suspension, resource withdrawal, or other event that makes continued service impracticable.
Where the risk is urgent, serious, ongoing, or reasonably appears capable of causing harm, Saneter may act immediately and without advance notice. This includes disabling proxy credentials or account access while an investigation is pending. Where the issue is minor and can reasonably be corrected without immediate risk, Saneter may choose to provide notice or an opportunity to cure, but is not required to do so in every case.
Saneter may preserve relevant account, transaction, security, complaint, and technical records when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Additional privacy details are described in the Privacy Policy.
20. Consequences of Serious or Repeated Abuse
Serious or repeated abuse may result in termination of affected services or the entire account, revocation of credentials, denial of further purchases, and reasonable technical measures to prevent circumvention. Where necessary and lawful, Saneter may also provide relevant information to an upstream provider, affected service, rights holder, security contact, or competent authority.
Account termination does not give Saneter unlimited ownership of customer funds or personal data. Any remaining balance, refund claim, record retention, or disclosure will be handled according to the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, applicable payment rules, and applicable law.
21. Customer Responsibility for Downstream Users
If you permit another person to use proxy credentials or resources associated with your account, you remain responsible for ensuring that person's use complies with these Terms. You should use appropriate access controls and should revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Saneter may treat abusive activity performed through credentials assigned to your account as account activity when taking protective action, even if you later state that a third party, employee, customer, script, or compromised device performed the activity.
22. Changes to Services and Upstream Resources
Saneter may modify technical implementation, routing, authentication methods, upstream providers, interfaces, or resource allocation where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product improvement, or continued service. Saneter will not use this clause to retroactively change the core quantity or service period already purchased without a legitimate operational or legal reason.
If a material upstream change makes a paid service impossible to provide, Saneter may offer a replacement, account credit, refund, or other remedy as appropriate under the Refund Policy, applicable law, and the facts of the affected order.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Saneter disclaims implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Saneter does not warrant that a proxy will work with every website, application, platform, account, automation system, geographic database, anti-fraud system, CAPTCHA system, or third-party service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saneter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising from or related to the Service, even if the possibility of such damages was communicated in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saneter's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Saneter for the affected Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and they do not restrict mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saneter and its operator, personnel, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your material breach of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or activity by downstream users to whom you knowingly provide access.
This section does not require you to indemnify Saneter for losses caused solely by Saneter's own unlawful conduct where such an indemnity would be prohibited by law.
26. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law of the United States and, to the extent state law governs a dispute, the law of the U.S. state from which Saneter's owner principally operates, without giving effect to conflict-of-laws rules that would require application of another jurisdiction's law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Before filing a non-urgent legal claim, you are encouraged to send a written description of the dispute to legal@saneter.com so that the parties have a reasonable opportunity to attempt to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives a right to bring a claim in a court that has lawful jurisdiction.
27. Legal Requests and Rights Complaints
Formal legal notices, lawful government requests, court process, intellectual-property complaints, and similar legal communications should be sent to legal@saneter.com. Ordinary account, product, billing, or technical support should be sent to support@saneter.com.
Sending a request does not guarantee disclosure of customer information or immediate removal of a service. Saneter may require appropriate authority, specificity, identification, jurisdiction, or legally sufficient process before acting, except where emergency circumstances or applicable law provide another basis.
28. Changes to These Terms
Saneter may update these Terms when products, operational practices, legal requirements, or abuse risks change. The "Last updated" date will be revised when a new version is published. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date unless applicable law permits or requires a different result.
Where applicable law requires advance notice, affirmative consent, or another process for a material change, Saneter will use the process required by that law.
29. Miscellaneous
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure by Saneter to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later. You may not assign rights under these Terms in a manner that would transfer an account to a prohibited or previously terminated user without Saneter's consent.
These Terms, together with the applicable order details, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, form the agreement governing use of the Service unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
