Different customers use different IP checking platforms, and each platform may have its own database, classification method, update cycle, and scoring standard.
If SANETER accepted every customer's preferred third-party platform for after-sales decisions, the same IP could receive different results depending on which website was used. This would make it impossible to maintain a consistent and fair replacement or refund standard.
For this reason, SANETER uses one unified verification standard for all customers: for ISP products, the official standard is IP2Location → Usage Type: ISP.
Other third-party platforms may be used for your own reference, but they are not part of SANETER's official after-sales verification standard.
Using one consistent standard allows us to handle after-sales requests fairly, clearly, and efficiently for every customer.
If you cannot accept IP2Location Usage Type: ISP as SANETER's verification standard, please do not place an order.
